  • CrossFit Group Classes

    Created to make you healthier, stronger, leaner, and more athletic. Each class has a coach who leads the workouts and teaches you the proper exercise technique ensuring a fun, safe, and effective workout in under an hour. All you have to do is show up, and we will take care of the rest.

  • Private Coaching

    We understand that group training isn’t for everyone. Private training is a great option to individualize your session for unique goals, limitations, and more.

  • RootedMama

    Exercise that helps manage back pain, diastasis recti, leaky bladder, and prolapse symptoms. Strength exercises that teach your whole body how to link to your core.

  • Kids Classes

    Just as CrossFit benefits adults of all ages, the same can be said for kids — training for kids versus adults varies by degree, not kind. Our programs offer kids a head start on a healthy lifestyle encouraging a love for fitness. (Ages 3&up)

  • Legends

    This class follows CrossFit methodology including strength and conditioning, general fitness, and body weight exercises tailored to an older age group. (Ages 60&up)

  • Stretch & Strength

    This class starts with 20 minutes of light total body strength and ends with 20 minutes of stretching. You will leave feeling stronger, more flexible, and invigorated.
