Class Descriptions

  • Our Basic Elements is designed for people who want to get started with CrossFit and allows you to get hands on practice with our movements and exercises. This is the best starting option for people new to CrossFit.

    These three sessions are at a slower pace than jumping right into our normal classes and covers all the basic information about CrossFit and what makes us different than a normal gym. Each class ends with a Wod (workout of day), similar to a normal class but starting off slower with less intensity. 

    We run this in a small group (Usually 1-3 people) setting which allows us to find out more about why you want to start CrossFit and gives you individualized attention and feedback!  Our coaches are there to make sure you have fun, help with your technique and answer any questions you may have.

    One time fee of $75

  • Experience the perfect blend of flexibility and power with our Stretch and Strength class, designed to enhance your overall fitness and well-being.   • Join our CrossFit class to experience a high-intensity, functional fitness workout designed to push your limits and build overall strength, endurance, and agility. Our dynamic sessions combine elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises, ensuring a comprehensive workout that targets every muscle group. With constantly varied routines, no two classes are the same, keeping your body challenged and engaged.
