Foundations Course
A small group class focused on teaching the proper technique of bodyweight and lightweight movements, introducing basic fitness and nutrition principles, and providing a workout that can be modified to meet your needs.
What to expect
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, review your range of motion, and use various scales to get you moving safely. We will talk about nutrition, easy meal prepping, and fitness methodology. At the end of class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes!
This course is three weeks long, with two sessions per week and six sessions in total. It is for beginners.
We will run a new course every 4-5 weeks.

Our Charter: Mechanics, Consistency then Intensity
CrossFit is a movement discipline that can provide lifelong improvements in fitness, health, and happiness. Our charter for success is developing your foundation with proper mechanics, showing up consistently, and then focusing on intensity. Your first few weeks at CrossFit should almost feel “too easy” with an emphasis on performing the exercises as perfectly as you can. As you begin to feel more comfortable with our workouts, only then should you begin to lift heavier and push for faster times. Fitness success is achieved by focusing on mastering the basics and approaching it with a long-term perspective. During this course, we’ll cover everything you need to know to participate in our group classes.
