75 Easy Challenge

Hello! We start our Fall challenge September 15th.

If you missed what the challenge is about check out the video here. There is still time to get signed up!

You will need to pick up a copy of the challenge tracker at the gym or print one of your own here. Or you can submit this form daily to track it via Google Forms.

We will kick off the challenge by meeting with Meredith about the psychology of eating via Zoom. You can find more information here.

You will also want to start by prepping your fruits and veggies to hit 800g each day. You can pick up a cheap food scale to assist you with that. I will post tips and tricks along the way so make sure you check your email for more information.

CHALLENGE WRAP

As you wrap up your challenge, your tracking sheet should show consistency rather than perfection. The goal of this challenge is to prioritize healthy habits. Send Callie a picture or bring your sheet to the gym for a chance to win a prize. This is an example of how adding things to your life can improve your well-being.
