Pre School Gymnastics (starting 7/13 10am)

Parent & Tot Gymnastics (Starting 7/13 10:45am)

Beginner 1 Gymnastics

Welcome to Beginner 1 Gymnastics, the perfect class for children ages 5 and up to embark on their gymnastics journey! Beginner 2 Gymnastics

Intermediate Gymnastics

Step up to the challenge with our Intermediate Gymnastics class, designed for students who have mastered the skills taught in Beginner 2. This class focuses on further advancing gymnastics techniques across all apparatus — bars, beam, floor, and vault — while emphasizing form, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, students will refine their tumbling sequences, handstands, cartwheels, and introduce more complex skills such as round-offs, back handsprings, and introductory routines. Each session combines skill progression with conditioning exercises tailored to improve agility and endurance. Meet the Coaches

Becky was a USAG competitive gymnast until age 15 and then switched to high school gymnastics. She competed sophomore to senior year on a high school team. Becky has 10 years of coaching experience from recreational to competitive gymnastics.

Brooklyn started competitive gymnastics when she was 5 and competed until 16 (level 8). She has coached for 2 years from mom and tot to team competitive gymnasts.
