My Story.

Hi! My name is Callie. I am excited that you are here. I love being outside, eating good food, moving my body, and spending time with friends and family.

My journey to get here was filled with twists, turns & excitement. I became a CrossFit CF-L2 Trainer, a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and am currently completing the Girls Gone Strong Certification. I think wellness is so many things and it is important to look at the entire person and their life to help them reach their goals.


In September I decided it was time for me to step away from my role as head coach and facility manager at a CrossFit gym. Soon after that decision, my husband was told he would be WFH 2022. We decided to seize the moment, put our house on the market, and move closer to family. I had spent almost 2 years at that point obsessing about women’s health and how to better support all women in all stages of their lives.

My goal is to create a wellness platform that is truthful and supportive. I am excited to dive into topics such as fitness, pregnant and postpartum fitness, nutrition, rest, recovery, time in nature, sustainability, mindfulness, and so much more. Please be patient as I build this website and chase around my 1.5 year old.
