Happy Fall! I (Callie) wanted to check in quickly about Rooted CrossFit.

I am so excited to be part of the worldwide CrossFit community. As a fitness community we’ve grown so much at Callie Co. and this is the next step for continued growth. I fell in love with CrossFit when I stepped into my first group class in 2013. The education and methodology can’t be beat.

We have CrossFit classes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. These classes are 60 minutes long and follow CrossFit Affiliate Programming (CAP.) The CrossFit prescription is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.”
What that means is that CrossFit classes are for any and every body, fitness level, and movement experience. What we do as CrossFit Trainers is help you find the best constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement for YOU.
We also offer a CrossFit Lite class Monday and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. This is a great class for beginners! We spend lots of time introducing CrossFit and really honing the fundamentals. This is a 45 minute class.
